I've got 3 dogs and this thing is eating through the hair. I did have to pull hair from the front wheel as it was learning and mapping the house. When mapping it doesn't vacuum so it'll build up hair. It looks new. Great price. Appearance is factory

    Used as soon as I got it. Incredible device. Wasn’t fully charged, didn’t expect it to be, but once it was low it headed to the base and recharged itself and was off and running. You would t think it was a refurbished device. It looks brand new out of the box. And not to mention the amazing price. Would but from seller again.

We bought this to replace an older robot from another brand, but this J7 was louder and the dock was incredibly distracting. I've worked on Roombas before but didn't realize the noise difference. Seller provided a return label within a day, then refunded a few hours after the robot was delivered back which was very appreciated.

    Works great keeping the floor clean the J7+ is the ideal robot vacuum for pets owners it will not ran over pet waste.a bit noisy when it self empty. Very happy with the purchase. The roomba J7+ come with 90 days manufactured warranty and 2 year square trade warranty.
