Unit came missing components, had messed up wires for the heads, they appeared pinched. I sent pictures and mysteriously the seller cant see them. I was quite impressed, considering this was a refurb. Box arrived in great shape with what I would call industrial rather than retail packaging. Basically, the box had all the images and marketing in black and white, although it was a brown cardboard box rather than the colorful white retail box. Packing materials inside were pristine (and very intelligently designed and organized!) and all parts looked brand new and included all protections normally found on new parts. It prints awesomely!

The power bank arrived pristine, in a never opened/sealed box, and in perfect condition. The box showed no signs of damage or wear, just a little age. The power bank arrived at a charge level of 27%. The seller was very responsive to my questions.
Buyer beware, although the power bank is able to output up to 87Wh, three of the USB ports (C2 and A1/2) are limited to 20Wh in any combination; limiting high speed charge on those ports (see chart from owners manual).
