No teniendo queja alguna con el vendedor, que hizo su trabajo correctamente. Mi valoración es totalmente negativa, por culpa, como no, de la agencia de transporte. El artículo no solo llegó tarde. Lo enviaron a un punto de recogida y no a la dirección elegida. En ningún momento me informaron que había llegado. Y el intento de comunicación con la empresa de transporte fue infructuoso y frustrante. Tuve que anular mi cita con el taller y retrasarla. Lo que me ha supuesto tiempo y dinero.
