Thank you for your refund. Even though these were not even close to original packing (as described), I would have been happy to accept the monitors if they were packaged reasonably well. Unfortunately, the screens were damaged due to very poor (Terrible) packing and a wrong cord was supplied. When they arrived at this end, they did not look new. Prices were reasonable. Thank you for your fast response. Just a shame this didn't work out. 5:4 LED monitors are somewhat difficult to find.
