      Sleep and don't worry about the cost

      This a herbal version of a sleeping pill or capsule that has been used for a least a century or longer. I can take this valerian capsule and fall asleep within 15 minutes. It does not cause me any morning hangover or sleepiness. I wake up clear of mind ready for a new day. It is a good value in that I only have to take one capsule at bedtime and fall asleep. The price is just right for me a senior person with limited income and it works and is affordable that says it all.

      I take a little more of this wonderful (but very stinky) product to help me do battle with a severe, chronic type of insomnia. *Valerian is a naturally stinky root. For the average person, taking this product as directed should be just right to help them sleep through the night!

      This Valerian Root Really Works!

      This is the first valerian root product that has worked for me. Apparently the amount of "mg" really does make a difference. Definitely will purchase again.
