It is an iron that lets out ONE burst of steam as you IRON. I asked for a refund & after having to dispute it through eBay I finally was granted a refund. The company came back & said that I would have to pay for my own shipping & they would refund me. THEY LIED. After paying for my own shipping & 10 emails later, I was never refunded! Plus, I ended up seeing the SAME irons on other websites for less $5.
