About this product

Product Information

Wombats are cuddly-looking, slow-moving Australian animals. Their favorite activities are eating, sleeping, and digging holes. Here, in the words of one unusually articulate wombat, is the tongue-in-cheek account of a busy week; eating, sleeping, digging holes . . . and training its new neighbors, a family of humans, to produce treats on demand. This entertaining book, with its brief, humorous text and hilarious illustrations, will endear the wombat to young children, who may recognize in the determined furry creature some qualities that they share.

AOK. Item as described, reasonable condition (as described), excellent price, reasonable packing and shipping time, no problems. Thanks. (Sorry, I don't do star ratings when some are automatic, as it's unfair to buyers to have eBay pre-empt any of the scores. You should complain to eBay, as your star ratings would have been very high.) I can't rate the product until I read it. It's unfair for eBay to require a product rating in order to send feedback! The guys at eBay are heavily into control.

  • Charming book!

Simply written, easy to read, adorable drawings, and a charming story about a wombats daily life, and how he trains humans who move in his neighborhood to be good pets. Wonderful for young children who are, however, old enough to understand the humor of the situation.
