They will take days to ship, when I asked about it they claimed it was the carrier not updating the location then later that day the carrier received the item. Most of all I purchased because the cover photo of what I purchased states "FREE RETURNS". Upon claiming a return, they're making me pay the shipping which deceives the claim of free returns.
