This Crosley Metro unit is just marginal. It seems to be well built, but the features and performance is just sub-par. In no particular order here are what I find disappointing: (1) There is no AM radio, (2) It was to come with a 3.5mm cable, it did not have one in the box, (3) When the CD tray extends you cannot access the buttons on the unit, (4) The FM reception is sub-par for a unit of this size, (5) The supplied FM external antenna does not even have the right UHF fitting for the unit, (6) The remote is REQUIRED to program the unit, (7) The FM tuning increments is in 5 KHz, in the USA 10 KHz is the normal, so you have to hit the tuning button twice to find the next station, (8) The unit only has a five (5) preset equalizer setting, (9) The unit requires a power adapter, something of ... The only positive for me is the unit’s outside appearance is nice. All-in-all this unit lacks the essence of a good radio, CD player.
