Comfort and stability
I bought this sling as a replacement to a simpler less robust sling. This sling holds my arm more securely and doesn't allow for much movement. The three point shoulder attachment distributes the weight nicely and doesn't allow the sling to rotate. The sling is well made with ventilation in the arm pouch. Well worth the money!

Shoulder surgery
It takes the pressure off of your neck from the standard brace and is very comfortable going with the situation very pleased and happy with it. Wish I would of had this brace right after surgery.
