What a great service. Apple told me oh well. You can trade it in for and pay $350 for the exact same older model. other online retailers wanted the same $350 for the whole LCD. $100 spent here and it came back with new glass and looks fantastic. Will use Lenwell again. Top notch service. They texted when ipad arrived at their facility and kept me notified throughout process, then sent videos of the completed work before it shipped. I sent it out via USPS and had it back in a few days.
