The seller shipped quickly and addressed the cosmetic issues I discovered. Internally the refurbished workstation is very clean and functions well, although the bios was 4 years old (2019) and needed updating. Would I buy again from this seller? Probably, but understand that it would more accurate to describe the cosmetics condition as good to very good rather than excellent. I wanted to leave 2 or 3 stars for the description, but am giving 4 stars for good customer support.

All of the negative, and neutral reviews need to be erased, IMO. That tells me the buyers did NOT read the FULL AND ENTIRE DESCRIPTION. We already got the SSD card, mailed that will fit this product.
