I would call this "top notch". The razor was well packaged in a priority mail bubble wrap envelope with additional bubble wrap padding around it inside of the package. It arrived so quickly. As advertised, the razor is refurbished, and you could tell the person did a good job of it. The razor has an almost new look, and it runs terrific. We are so grateful to the Seller for the great refurbishing job and care in packaging the razor and getting it to us so quickly.
