The item that was sent to me was misrepresented. An incorrect item was sent and it took nearly 3 weeks from start to finish to get a refund. It was explained that it was labeled incorrectly, however, when it arrived it was clearly marked as a different item than was ordered. They didn’t have the correct one and went straight to sending a return label when I contacted them. No explanation other that “return it”. Not professional at all.
