Definitely won't support drives over 16 TiB. Probably won't support anything = 16 TB. Since nominal 16 TB is a common drive size, the distinction between & = and between TiB & TB is important and I never could get clarity from them on this point. It did NOT recognize a newly purchased factory refurbished 16 TB WD hard drive, but I had no other bay to test it in, so the drive itself may have been bad but probably not. This is my 2nd of these & they both work fine with 14 TB and under.

Model WL-ST334UA Rev, C. 12 V pwr OK, pwr up OK. Tested clone on two 1 Tb 2.5” drives.
Source: 156 Gb NTFS; 775 Gb unallocated.
Wait a few seconds (about 4) after pwr on before pressing and holding “clone.” See four more blue lights rippling on and off across bottom of “clone” button.
Advisory: Cloning takes a LONG time, ~ 4 hours on a 1 Tb source. Patience needed!
Rippling lights will turn on steady one by one as clone progresses; done when all four of the lower blue lights are on.
