Bluetti customer service was quick to respond and corrected the problem immediately.The cart is perfect for storing my AC200P/B230 and even has space for my B70 and accessories.It fits perfectly in a closet and makes deploying the devices quite easy. The wheels work well on both carpet and hardwood floors.I'm not looking forward to the next power outage,but I feel comfortable that I can now easily get to my gear and ride out whatever mother nature throws my way.

Wow! The shipping is fast. Bought it on May 22th and arrived today May 24th. But I'm thinking maybe because I live in Houston, TX and their shipping it in Texas too. The item arrived as described. Can't wait to try it out. This is the 2nd Bluetti I bought an upgrade to its little brother AC2A. This one is a beast. AC2A serves its purpose during the recent storm here in Houston. I used it to activate my garage door with no problems during the blackout for two straight days. Cars are safe.
