I have thick skin that's not sensitive to abrasive scrubs so it's a great scrub for me. I use it along with an antibiotic soap to treat facial acne and loosen ingrown hair. It works well for me but because it's very abrasive it may not be for all skin types. The user should always test patch as wth all skin products.
