Item arrived VERY quickly. Did not have instructions to install but was not that difficult to work out. contacted the seller a few times as i was setting up. Seller was always very responsive and helpful to all of my questions. Tesla screen looks really good installed in my 2014 Ford Explorer Sport. Did not get TPMS or ambient light control to work, Mic is not as clear as the OEM, but looking at wiring think i can get that working better? Overall happy with purchase and very happy with seller.
