I thank you for the item. Was bought for my dad. He seems like he likes them but is still getting use to them. They are better than ones that fits behind the ear that I had gotten for him. He had to have some of his ear removed and it was a task for him trying to keep that kind in his ear. The instruction pamphlet for them is hard to read for the writing is so small, but besides that I personally am pleased with your item. Again, thank you. I would purchase again.

I like them---so far. Better than my 2000 dollar pair--so far. I would like to get a pair of ear plugs smaller than those you sent--these hurt my ears--but the sound is great. My first time with them was impressive. Clear sound. I lost one of my high price aids --so I purchased these while it was replaced--I may never go back.
