Following up, this filament did nothing but ruin my printer's hot end. They sent me a replacement roll after I couldn't get the first one to print literally anything. Having been a long time Elegoo customer I was deeply saddened by this. They did refund the roll to my card, but I definetly won't be buying filament from them again after it completely ruined my printer and now I have to pay to replace the entire hot end. At least the Sunlu PLA worked :/

This is the worst roll of filament I have ever had. I can’t get a single print to finish because it keeps failing halfway through. And you might say something is wrong with my printer… no because it prints all my other rolls perfect, the issue is with this roll. Save your money and buy a better brand.

Fantastic printer! Everything arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Although the printer and the wash and cure system arrived in a separate shipment across two days, everything reached very quickly. The outside packaging had damage on the box but the items inside were immaculate. Everything works perfectly set up right out of the box and it's a great printer!

My experience with the seller at time of purchase unfortunately is the only positive experience I have had. I have had the printer for 2 days now, followed all instructions explicitly and only the initial out of the box preprogrammed preloaded model printed correctly. The other 20 attempts turned into a big mess of extruded filament globbed around the print head and extruded. And apparently in researching this. It’s a know issue that Elegoo should correct before sending anymore devices out.
