    Perfect alternative to BlueStar P/N 703301

    As other reviews noted, it is about an inch longer than the factory ignitor p/n 703301 that it replaced on my BlueStar RCS304BSS oven. Nonetheless it has no fit issues. In fact, the ignitor stainless shroud matches with the factory ignitor. This ensures that the glowing hot ignitor remains in the same optimal location to ignite the gas as the original and I haven't had any ignition problems. The extra length is due to a longer ceramic insulator. Very easy re and re. Much more reasonable than the obese price BlueStar is charging for this part.

    perfect without the high price

    If you have a high end commercial stove for the home you can use this to replace the one the stove company wants to see you at a much higher price. For all I know this is the same item they want to see you as I did not see any difference or markings of any kind with the one I replaced.

    Replacement for bluestar igniter

    I bought as a replacement for a bluestar igniter in a 36 inch oven. The stem was longer than original part, but everything else was to measure and longer stem still fit. Oven seems to work better than new.
