Installation was easy just needed a pair of needle nose pliers to help getting the pins out to take the old motor off the chair then the new one dropped right in place. Some reviews said the wires were shorter but I didn't find that to be the case. They were the same length as the old one. If I need anything else I will be ordering from this seller again. Thank you
