Other tasks that the Amazon Echo smart assistant can do when paired up with another device wirelessly, such as through Bluetooth, includes set timers and alarms, turn network-connected devices on and off, and play music or radio stations. If you tell the device the name of a song, artist or style of music, it will not only play that for you but can play it on any related devices in the home. The device also works as a hands-free phone, allowing you to answer and make calls with the sound of your voice. When connected to similar devices, it allows calls to be picked up or transferred to those other devices seamlessly. This 2nd generation Echo comes in sandstone fabric, which makes it ideal for matching your decor or, at the very least, blending into the background of any room you place it in. The Amazon Echo weighs 29 ounces and has dimensions of 5.8 inches by 3.4 inches by 3.4 inches. It features a 0.6-inch tweeter and 2.5-inch woofer for amazing sound quality and is compatible with any Android, iOS, and Fire OS device.
