      Brand new adapter, excellent deal too, especially for two of them! decent quality, works perfect for my usage. as this is located on the back of my PC, appearance means nothing, though it is less bulky than some adapters. I can now connect my Display Port on my PC to HDMI now! ....which I actually attach to an hdmi to RCA converter to connect to a CRT TV.

      Both of these worked perfectly on some old T420 laptops to show the screens and videos on tvs. The plug side has lock in tabs so the adapter doesn't jiggle out of the display port, which works great! To be so cheap they work surprisingly well, and have a good image. I wouldn't say its 4K quality or anything, but if you're buying these that's not what your after anyway. Overall very happy with these, would buy again!

      These display port to HDMI were purchased to be used on HP thin clients. The combination has produced a working computer that has two processors and four cores, 16 GB SSD and 4 GB of RAM. May not seem like much by today's standards but go back about 10 years and that would be close to a default configuration for a new laptop or desktop computer. In my opinion there's nothing wrong with these pieces of technology and they can be utilized to circumvent the cost of buying traditional.

      You get what you pay for 6/10

      it's been recalled, and some older displays don't register, but it's alright for the price Hadn't caused a fire yet, but it's definitely made somewhat bad, but for the price and if you're willing to tank some display quality (Which doesn't matter if your display is bad anyway) it's a solid 6/10.

      Cheap, so no big loss...

      Glitchy connections. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Can never rely on a constant good connection. You get what you pay for. Wouldn't buy again.
