I already had an iRobot from 4 years ago but it doesn't even compare to this new one. The value for the money is excellent as well. We really like that it maps out the house for cleaning and self dumps into its own bin. This new one is quieter as well. We're very happy all the way around with this purchase.

    Best One Out There

    I have owned three different brands of robotic vacuums. The Roomba iRobot is by far the best. The user interface is easy to set up and understand and the guidance systems are much more superior than the other brands I've owned. The cliff sensors are reliable and the cleaning power, especially that of the i8 is much better than other brands.

    Worth the purchase!!!!

    This little dude is definitely a back saver. It is nice to know that when the schedule comes around I hear it starting up and ready to do an awesome job of cleaning the carpet one more time. A very thorough cleaning.

    Robot sweeper

    Had a lot of trouble trying to get a map. Then trying to edit the map for borders. Finally have things set up now to figure out how to set a schedule. Just not completely sold that the vacuum does a good quality sweep of my house.
