    I have been working to solve the tracking issue with this package. The item has been sent out and the tracking had not updated. I filed a claim with the post office and they have found the package and the tracking will be updated. We had a massive tornado just a few weeks ago where I live that wiped half of my town away. That has made things a little slower around here. On top of family emergencies. I do my best to do right by all of my customers and hope to be able to resolve this/all issues.

    Plumper lips and less lines for sure!

    This is the first time I have tried a lip plumper and fine line remover and it works! I noticed a slightly fuller lip line difference with a few less wrinkles around the lips within 3-4 weeks. I am faithful with using it every night before going to bed. So far, I have been impressed with all the StriVectin products I have used. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for something that works but not so extreme where it looks like you had injections.

    What a Mess...

    The Strivectin Lip Duo is both good and bad. The Vertical Lip Line Treatment is relatively effective. The Lip Plumping Treatment is pointless...it could not be any less effective if it tried! Furthermore, within two hours of receiving it, the Line Treatment end broke off where it screws into the wand section and oozed out onto the vanity, which I discovered too late to preserve it. I should return it for a replacement, but I have very little time to deal with such issues and, like everything else these days, I likely would receive a half-a**** apology and little more. Seems everything I order/purchase turns out to cost quite a bit more money than the benefits I gain from the purchase. Very Disappointing!

    Slow process.

    Not sure about this yet…. Have not used for a full month .. I think I see minor improvements . Very, very small amount of product in tube. My skin & lips feel lovely, need 2 months to see if it really helps diminish lines.

    Sensitive skin users beware

    After using the product for a week to rid my top lip vertical lines i now have splotchy red spots…i’m guessing my skin is just too sensitive for it…the lip gloss is not that impressive but does make my lips shiny

    Works the best

    This is the best wrinkle control I've used for lip wrinkles. I don't think anything gets rid of them completely. Maybe surgery. This is easy and effective. I have been using it for 2 years. I have tried many other products.
