The item arrived quickly and in pretty good packaging. It appears to be new however a detail I missed in the picture before purchasing is,it appears someone cut a chunk out of the album cover with scissors. This was displayed in the picture so its my fault I missed it however, describing a vinyl record as new when the cover has clearly been tampered with q significantly w/ a knife or scissors is a bit off to me. Aside from that the rare item arrived in good condition and plays and sounds great.
