    This reconditioned hybrid battery pack for my 2007 Toyota Prius arrived in just a few business days after ordering. The ordering process was easy and it arrived in excellent condition. The cells all appear to be high quality and are an excellent value! They sent me an email with the prepaid return label and it was easy to print it, tape it to the tub, secure the top and drop off my old pack at a local UPS drop-off office. This is a great company to do business with!

    The package was secure, it was clean and looked like new. We replaced it in a few hours. Put the old one into the box the refurbished unit came in. Called the company to let them know that we were ready to ship the old unit back, they emailed a label and just like that it was done! My car that was dead for 2 years was resurrected!! So Happy!
