Accurate item description and pics. Great packing job with great care and emphasis on ensuring the item arrived undamaged using minimum packing materials and with conscientious use of recycled materials. Super-fast shipment at reasonable rate and arriving ahead of schedule. Great communication before and after transaction. Highly recommended A+ / 5 Star seller! Definitely one of my new favorite sellers and will purchase from again. Can't say enough praise for this seller. Highly Recommended!!!!!

This sellers "two day" shipping policy is baloney - it took a over five days and repeated emails before this item shipped. I almost thought I would have to request a refund from eBay. That being said, when it did ship, it was nicely packaged and arrived undamaged. I would not buy from this person again because they don't honor their own policies! I can only leave positive feedback because 1) the item DID arrive, and 2) it was as described. The rest wasn't a great experience.

I dislike complaining, but I'm unhappy with this transaction. The deck/book set, described as "like new," was mailed in such a flimsy envelope that it arrived twisted out of shape, to the point where one of the cards was stuck to exposed glue inside. I wrote to the seller about the situation but received no response. I didn't ask for a return because the price wasn't high, but even at this price I expect more care in packaging. (I have ordered other items from this seller that arrived intact.)

  • The Widow's Broom

This is an excellant book, especially for 4-7 year olds. The pictures are very detailed, and the text has subtle humor. The author lets the reader make their own judgement about the circumstances and choices we have to make. His other books are equally good( The Polar Express, Two Bad Ants, etc).

  • Impressve

Chris Van Alsburgh once again presents a dark tale with a light touch. Very creative ideas with inspire art work!

  • Looked for this a long time...

Good book...inexpensive. I purchased it for the illustrations, but the story is very cool. A noir children’s book!

  • Grreat book...especially arond Halloween

Read another copy of this book, and decided I needed one of my own. I have other books by the same author, but not this one. I think this is one of his better ones.

Wonderful story. I read my niece's copy and decided I needed to buy a copy for myself. Pictures are great but i love the story and the ending.
