My last couple of coffee makers didn’t last very long my new one about a month old then it started to shut off before it was done brewing someone told me it was my tap water so I bought some distilled water coffee pot never shut off I said geez that’s gonna cost alot of money buying distilled water so i bought this machine only made 3 gallons so far since I just received it so happy with it so hope it last to get my money worth of it

Ok, I am giving my transaction a positive review only because the seller does respond (not too quickly, but does) and they offered a refund because of errors made.
If you order this item, the chances are, you won't get this model. They shipped the older style and tried to say the one I got was correct.

Ordered a 120V 15L Vevor sausage stuffer. Shipped Fed X immediately some damage to box none to unit. A 240V 15L was shipped mistakenly. The company responded promptly and needed more proof and pictures. Returning the item was a problem and the company negotiated with me to keep the 240V stuffer. It took four separate emails and the company finally canceled the order. The stuffer weighs 65 lbs. so returning must be a problem. The process took longer than I liked but I was made whole in the end.
