The item was dented, box from shipping was damaged. Pallet under it was broken. The item appears to work fine. I was concerned with it laying on it side in the delivery truck. I sent the seller a question but never heard back. I let it set upright a couple days and then started using it. It has work for three weeks now. hopefully will continue working.
