    Dell motherboard in a none dell Pc case !!!

    This is a good budget board an work's very well but remember its a propriety from dell so standard pc case power button will not work without some modding on the motherboard so here is some little help to get you to star your build on the right upper corner of the board you will see a little black connector whit 5 pins you can remove the black plastic by pulling gently on it now that its remove. the 2 pin connector from your front power button will now fit in the 2 pins upper and lower(vertical) far left corner of the 5 pins to power on the motherboard and you will also have the F1 error on boot for the fans you can probably fix that whit a 5 pin to 4 pin wire on ebay easy to find so have fun building !!!

    Okay Board

    Bought this board to replace a unit damaged in a lightning storm. The unit is actually a Optiplex 790 motherboard. Was replacing a 990 board. Does the job but not much else. My original board had 4 SATA connectors while this only has 3. Bummer. Was a little over priced compared to the other 990 boards available. Once again, buyer be ware.

    Great budget board, but too many proprietary connectors

    Cheap effective solution for budget builds with second or third gen intel processors. Paired with a i5-2500, i7-2600, i5-3570 or i7-3770, it makes a great platform for a gaming pc. Only negative is that the connectors are proprietary, so fans need to be connected to the psu, or you can buy an adapter. The front panel connectors are also propritary.

    Awsome for cheap gaming build

    I had a i5 prosseser this came with backing plate and with a few tweaks put in a mid case with 8 gig graphics card and supports my 16 gig of ram with no issues also can liquid cool with lga 1151 set up awsome board great shiping time
