Super movie, though the movie was actually filmed in the 40's even my wife took the movie to school to let her 5th graders view it. I purchased the movie because just the week prior to purchasing the movie I was on the lake in the movie, it is a 50 mile lake that is in the middle of our state, and when were on a boat cruise to the Northern part of the lake the captain of the boat mentioned that "Courage of Lassie" was filmed at Lake Chelan, and he was right, great viewing for all ages
