    Not Worth the Money - Find Something That has Better Calibration on Dispersement Settings

    I see that others had no problems and others have major problems. Aside from being a few parts short and things not lining up properly, the instructions to put together are OK. Just budget some time for it. The most glaring weakness of this there are no instructions/settings on the release rate (drop rate) of the seed or fertilizer you are trying to put down. I realize there are different sizes but some guidance on this would be very helpful. For instance, I have 3 acres and bought 50 lbs of grass seed that was rather expensive ( $450). It was supposed to be spread at 10-12 lbs per acre. The placard that is already affixed to the hopper was useless (suggests setting at 5-6). What is the seed rate for 5-6? The setting I used was a 2-3, which is supposed to be almost closed and ...

    Not great

    I’m a mechanic and it was far to complicated to assemble. The instructions were very vague and the assembly items had no item number or description what so ever. Every assembly stage was a guess as to what bolt, nut, washer or spacer went in the correct place.

    Keeper of grass

    Reasonably priced for yard work. It takes a little time to put together but once completed it’s surprisingly sturdy with a good amount of weight to it. Perfect size for yard work. We have an acre of heavily wooded area and this easily can maneuver being pulled with the lawn mower.
