They communicated very well with me about the product struggling with leaking as many of the reviews had stated. It took me a few try’s to get it not to leak. I had to shave down a small section on the part that they showed me exactly how to do and then they sent me a new set of o rings and gaskets with a larger o-ring for the nipple which seems to have worked for the time being. They communicated very well with me the whole time and gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience.
