Seller did an amazing job with a very fast ship in an extremely well packaged fragile item, packaged with thick strong protection and fragile markings on all 6 sides of the box. This however did not stop FedEx from punching holes front and back through the box and the 3 layers of internal protection, until the were certain they damaged the unique mirror. Photos of the box and broken glass mirror were sent and the seller was quick to offer to send another mirror, or refund the purchase. Thank you
