Although it was identified as "universal" it was too small for my Samsung Galaxy 32 in a protective case. Unfortunately the cost to return it is more than 70% of the purchase price. This appears ridiculously high. I am forced, from an economical perspective, to agree to take an unknown $ amount of "partial " refund. The seller was prompt and courteous and I appreciate that part of the experience. What could be better throughout all Ebay purchases is a more narrow window for delivery dates.
