Cortelco Wall Phone with volume control
We replace our old red Cortelco with this one. It works great. We live in a rural area and lots of power outages, so we need a hard line phone. The volume control is a nice feature. We didn't have one on the previous phone. We also have a Cortelco desk phone in our den.

Looks and sounds good but ringer doesn’t work
The sound quality and quality of the phone is good but the ringer rang once and then stopped working. Doesn’t matter what the volume setting is. Although I love the phone look and sound, I’m really disappointed in that.
