I love that this type of mount includes it's own mounting bracket so you do not need additional parts/mounting plates/brackets with this model (other more expensive variants require a Unifi mount to connect to the 3D printed item). Can be easily removed as well. Very good job on the 3D printing specs. Items shipped fast too.

I contacted the company and was absolutely astonished someone actually answered the phone, I was able to send a photo of the problem I had by text message. They immediately sent me a replacement overnight. Hot Tip, heat the flagpole up a little with a heat gun or hairdryer and drive the adapter in slowly. Worked like a charm. Absolutely awesome customer service and very satisfied with the product.
