PV input on my unit has a -200 watt error value and salesman said error value is only +-72 watts. Unit is functional, but input/output watts are horribly off. Also, salesman stopped responding to emails.

Perform like champs and great customer support!
With all the severe storms and heat-related power outages here in Tennessee, I wanted backup power that A) could be kept and operated indoors (who wants to be setting up a generator in the midst of a tornado/thunderstorm/etc), B) would not require storing fuels, C) would not cost an arm and a leg like the natural gas backup generators (still fuel dependent), I bought two of these (the refurbished models) and not long after (as in last night), we had huge storm with a 4-5 hour outage. I was actually in the process of testing each one when this happened, and they performed beautifully. We kept our fridge, internet, pcs, the TV, and several lights running, and both performed like troopers. Looking forward to expanding this system with extra batteries and trying out the solar panels for ...
