Seller misrepresented by advertising“new with tags”. There were no tags on it. When I contacted the seller they said the tag on the neck was removable and wanted pictures of the item. I didn’t send because they packed the item and obviously should’ve known. The tag on the neck wasn’t removable, it’s the description of how to wash it. Even if I would’ve sent a picture this is a Christmas gift which if one was resent as described never would’ve been delivered in time as I received this December 22

New in box, but seems to be new-old-stock. The scent isn't quiet as fresh or strong as if bought brand new in a Department Store, but still may have a lot of life left, before the scent completely turns. I've been using it often, to try and get the most use from it, before it "sours." Well worth it, for the price, no doubt, but use it quick! If sprayed on an incandescent light-bulb you can fill your home with the warm scent. Try it!New in box, but seems to be new-old-stock.
