Item came as described I bought the Lucky 13 diminished tuning. I bought it on March 19 and it arrived by April 3rd. Decent harmonica it was the most affordable option for a diminished tuned harmonica that I could find. Since they are designed and used by harmonica player and inventor Brendan Powers I figured it would be a decent enough harmonica and it is. I still would prefer hohner or seydel but if you want to try a diminished harmonica and not spend too much I would definitely recommend this
