The vendor did great, no issues there. The product was not what I expected. The mounting point they want you to use in the instructions are not very solid. A little more custom work had to be done that wasn't mentioned in the paperwork. I will probably have to re-engineer and fabricate something for this later to get a more solid mounting point on the truck.
