The items arrived to my place. One of the two shower gel bottles had a broken pump and I had to replaced it with the old pump from a previous bottle. I contacted the seller and told him about the issue. He asked to send him a photo of a broken pump, which I did. The broken pump was already on an old bottle, because I took that pump to replace a broken one.
The seller did not want to do anything about the problem claiming it’s not his product.

The buyer sent me a picture of a different product, which is not from me. This is a false claim. I can't assist with products that don't belong to me. Both the logo and the scent differ from my products.
