The item was supposed to be a 10 speed cassette, seller shipped 9 speed cassette instead. Obviously that was an honest mistake by the seller and they initiated a full refund instantly and let me keep the 9 speed cassette. Communication was amazing and they took full responsibility for their mistake and apologized. Would definitely buy again. Rated item description with 3 stars because of the mixup, but it is brand new and in perfect condition.
