I had purchased Thermalon eye compress to replace Bruder eye hydration compress that I purchased from my doctor to treat my dry eyes due to blocked oil glands. Ok product not sure I could recommend
The product is well made, but the reason I'm unsure if I would recommend? Because it really does have what they are calling the MOIST heat. I have a different one that is bigger and bulkier and I like it better because it truly does have the moist heat. This one, not so sure. Did it work? An excellent choice
I was instructed to use a moist compress on my eyes twice a day. It was suggested that I use very warm water and a washcloth and apply the compress to my eyes 5-10 minutes at a time, but that proved to be totally unfeasible. The compress needed to be dipped in the water repeatedly to stay warm and it was too hard on my back to keep bending over the sink. If I stood up the water dripped down my face and onto my shirt. The Thermalon compress does away with all those problems and provides moist heat with no trouble at all. It has a nice elastic band around the back that does not have to be removed while heating it in the microwave and is just the right size and fits comfortably. I highly reccommend it. Very soothing and easy to use
I have been dealing with dry eyes for years. Following a procedure at my ophthalmologist's office, a dry eye compress was recommended as part of my home care. Initially I purchased a product from the doctor; however, I found the Thermalon Dry Eye Compress online which was half the cost. I ordered it and have been faithfully using the product for several years. It is very soothing to my eyes, and it along with my other home care has really made a difference for me. The velcro straps allow a good fit, and the beads really hold the heat. My ophthalmologist recommended a 10 minute use of the compress after 20 seconds in the microwave, but I have found 20 seconds to be too long...gets too warm. First time using....

Have tried many types. This is the best. Can shape the compress to fit your eyes relieving any discomforting pressure. I use to sleep at night keeping any air from drying my eyes.
