Not sure how this was certified with the brush sounding like this. I will now need to have it fixed so will most likely need to wait weeks to get it back. I know they are easy to fix but guessing can’t touch it if it’s supposed to stay under warranty. Ordering and receiving was smooth and quick. Just wish the certification group would check it works correctly before calling it certified.
