I love the Hamilton brand and its historical significance. I wanted to add a Hamilton to my collection but the 38mm Hamilton Field watch is just too small for me. Enter the Murph, a 42mm watch that is the perfect size for me. Although a $900 price range is too high (I feel a $500 price range is reasonable) it is nevertheless a high quality watch. The watch also has a sentimental meaning to me. It was a link between the love of father and daughter in the movie Interstellar. The theme of the movie is time and the use of this particular watch to represent time was a masterful way to tell a story about transcending time.

My New Hamiltom Murph is a great looking Watch. Hamilton needs to improve Dial Clarity. The Murph is Halfway to a Steath all Blacked out Watch! All my Glycine Incursore models that cost half the price of the Murph have Ice Clear Dials.

Celebrity allure
The Hamilton "Murph" has the allure of featuring in the movie Interstellar. It's easy to understand why people clamored for Hamilton to produce this watch and overall it's very good. Just handling this watch it conveys a sense of being high quality. The movement is great and it has a feel that inspires confidence. Downsides? No anti-reflective coating and the lume on the Arabics is very poor. Despite it's faults this watch has a way of finding its way on my wrist and staying there for several days! 👍🏼

Well,for khaki field watch it is a little expensive, plus size is big,plus leight is big and it is not for any wrist... But ...it is universal watch,thanks for smooth bezel.It is light and thin...I would say,try it first somewhere ,and then buy it online.
