As advertised, fast shipping! I understand that recertification can't possibly test every aspect of a product: one of those is battery life. While this set powered up, paired and connected, the battery wouldn't hold a charge and would die within a minute or two. I'm a professional audio repair technician. I purchased 2 used swivel hinges from this seller for Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones to replace damaged ones. The hinges arrived well packaged but absolutely useless, because they were damaged. When I requested the return, the seller started blaming me in a rude manner that I couldn't use them and was trying to find the reason for return. Absolutely 0 customer service. The buyer knows nothing about items they are selling, never check them before shipping.
