The processor arrived in like new condition, it was absolutely clean, not a speck of thermal paste or debris on the chip. The seller took care with how the product was packaged. The chip arrived in CPU clam shell with a piece of foam to protect the pins. This was then wrap in bubble wrap, all contained with in a small cardboard box. The installation was easy, basically a drop in solution. Great product! 10/10
